This companion quality puppy is in good health upon delivery and must be evaluated by the Buyer’s veterinarian within 72 hours.  If the Veterinarian
finds the puppy to be suffering from any serious hereditary or communicable disease which could result in the demise, extended veterinary care, or future mis-development of the animal, the purchaser may return the animal to the breeder within 48 hours of examination. Written proof from a Veterinarian of
such defect must be presented (and may be verified by the seller's Veterinarian.). A full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the buyer upon receipt of the puppy.  All vet bills and transportation cost for return of puppy are the responsibility of the Buyer.   There are some disorders that may develop as a result of the environment in which the dog is kept, including but not limited to, allergies, ringworm, mange, autoimmune disorders or thyroid function are not covered.

We recommend that you have your puppy sprayed or neutered.  We recommend doing so at approximately 6 months of age.

The buyer agrees that the dog will reside at their home and will be an integral part of the family.  The dog will not be kept tied, tethered or chained or otherwise abused.

By signing this contract you agree to all the terms and conditions set in the above agreement.

This puppy is being sold with an AKC limited registration.
