Agreement Contract This agreement/contract is for the deposit of a pet quality havanese puppy from Happy Daze Havanese. The purchase price is $ ___________. A deposit of $250.00, made payable to Connie Shangle, is required and should be mailed to us to reserve your puppy. The remainder of $__________is to be paid by cashiers check, money order or cash when you receive your puppy. Deposits are on first come first to choose basis. If the breeder is unable to supply the buyer for an agreed upon preference from an “unborn” litter the deposit is refundable. Deposits made on a current litter are nonrefundable, as your “reserved “ puppy means I have to turn away many other interested puppy buyers. If sale of puppy is completed in one day payment must be in cash or certified check only. You will be provided w/limited AKC registration application and pedigree when you receive your puppy. We recommend that you have your puppy sprayed or neutered. We recommend doing so at approximately 6 months of age. All shots & worming will be up to date and to the best of my knowledge your puppy will not have any genetic defects. Buyer must have puppy examined by a veterinarian with 48 to 72 hrs of acquiring your puppy. You will be provided a health record including exact dates, types of shots and worming your puppy has received. If the puppy is found to be other than healthy by the buyers veterinarian, it shall be returned to the breeder immediately, and the purchase price will be refunded. Written proof from a Veterinarian of such defect must be presented (and may be verified by the seller's Veterinarian.) . All vet bills and transportation cost for return of puppy are the responsibility of the Buyer. Should you neglect to take your puppy and medical records to your vet for this exam you will accept immediate and full responsibility for its health. Vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer agrees the dog will reside at their home and will be an integral part of the family. The dog will not be tied, tethered or chained or otherwise abused. By signing this contract and returning it with your deposit, you agree to all the terms and conditions set in the above agreement.
